sean keonté (they/them) is an interdisciplinary artist + designer from what is known colloquially as the DMV. Their work focuses on synthesizing poetry and symbolism in an effort to build a language for themselves rooted in the intersection of queer blackness. It can be described as meditative and ornamental, pulling references from religion, technology, and the body.
